A rare sight! A spotted stallion, a leopard Appaloosa, has arrived in the valley. This spotting pattern, sometimes seen in mustangs captured by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), hints at their Nez Perce ancestry. The Nez Perce tribe is known for breeding Appaloosa horses.
