Sea Horses to Color
A trio of small seahorses {sea dragons) to color. We used to visit a friend down the street from our grandmother's in Seattle, who kept a pair of living seahorses in an aquarium in her kitchen. While my mother, grandmother, and neighbor would chat, I would sit quietly, watching each tiny hippocampus move slowly around the aquarium the whole visit!

Pacific Octopus to Color
I created this octopus drawing for you to print and color at home. The Giant Pacific Octopus may transform colors, from bright pinks, mottled browns, or soft beiges. Watching this amazing creature change colors at the Seattle Aquarium was a favorite activity for our family and our four young daughters. This common resident of Puget Sound is a rather large animal, who swims rapidly along the ocean bottom, and is surprisingly intelligent. They have learned to recognise the faces of their caregivers at the aquarium.
